No Sleep America is an observational documentary about the working day of a Russian bakery in Brighton Beach, New York. The bakers, Natalya Dresvin and Kolya Chingrinsky, as well as Vitor Alfonso, the kitchen assistant, reveal the unrelenting demands of the job.
